  • No, airfare is not included in the festival package. Read up on what's included and what's not included. Sixthman will do everything to ensure your experience can't be beat from the moment you step off the plane at Cancun International Airport until Etheridge Island comes to an end.

  • The last day to add or modify extra nights was July 25 and has passed. If you still wish to add extra nights you may do so directly through the resort with this link.

As a thank you for being a member of Etheridge Nation, you'll get access to a couple of exclusive activities during Etheridge Island including Family Feud with Melissa and a beachside Happy Hour.   • What's an Earliest Booking Time?

    It’s just our more fun way of saying “Tuesday at 2:45pm” or “Wednesday at 11:00am.” But really, it’s just what it sounds like! Your Earliest Booking Time (or EBT, since we’re all old friends now) is your first chance to book your room. We spread them out over several days to provide you the best possible guest service experience during the booking process.
     

    Etheridge Nation fan club members will be given the first chance to book!

    EN members who join the pre-sale by 11:59pm ET on Sunday, October 31 will receive their EBT by email by end of day, Monday, November 1 and be able to book as early as Tuesday, November 2.
     

    The Melissa Etheridge Cruise 2021 alumni will be next to book after Etheridge Nation members.

    Those who sailed on ME Cruise 2021 will need to join the pre-sale by 11:59pm ET on Sunday, October 31 and will receive their EBT by end of day, Monday, November 1. This group will be able to book as early as Wednesday, November 3.

     

    I've sailed on past Melissa Etheridge Cruises, but missed out on 2021...

    Alumni who did not sail and those who had to cancel their reservation on The Melissa Etheridge Cruise 2021 or 2020 are our third group to book Etheridge Island! 

    If you join the pre-sale by 11:59pm ET on October 31, you will receive your EBT via email by end of day, Monday, November 1 and will be able to book as early as Friday, November 5. M.E. Cruise alumni who join the pre-sale after October 31 can expect an email containing your EBT by end of day, Friday, November 5. You'll be able to book as early as Monday, November 8.
     

    I've never sailed on The Melissa Etheridge Cruise and I'm not a member of Etheridge Nation...

    New guests have until Monday, November 8 to join the pre-sale. This group will be emailed an EBT by end of day, Tuesday, November 9. You can expect to book by mid-day Wednesday, November 10.

    Once the Etheridge Island pre-sale ends, the general public will be able to book starting at 4:00pm ET on Wednesday, November 10.

  • Room Selection

    During booking you will select your desired room category and occupancy. Your room assignment will be appointed upon check-in at the hotel.

    Sixthman Profiles

    You'll need to sign in with (or create) a Sixthman profile to book. If you've traveled with Sixthman previously or signed up for the Etheridge Island Pre-Sale you have a username. Recover forgotten login credentials here, or contact us or try our live chat for immediate assistance. If you or your traveling companion needs a Sixthman username you can also create one while booking.

    Guest Permissions

    If you were a Lead Guest on a prior event and are sailing with the same traveling companions, they'll be in a dropdown list for you to add to your room.

    If you're traveling with someone who has a Sixthman username but has NOT vacationed with you previously, have them sign in to their Sixthman profile and add your username to their Approved Lead Guests list here. They'll then be on the dropdown list for you while booking.

    Naming Guests

    You can add your traveling companions later but fees may apply. See more details here. You are obligated for the full room fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process even if you do not add guests to fill your entire room. If you wish to add guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability and for the additional room fare associated with the transaction.

    Credit Card Payments

    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing address for each card.

    PLEASE NOTE! Lead Guest, if you or your guest(s) needs a Sixthman Username you can create one while booking. If you and your guest have Sixthman Usernames, have your guest add you as an Approved Lead Guest in their account. You'll then see your guest in Your Authorized Guests list and you'll be able to add them as a guest in your room while booking!

    Anyone who has traveled with Sixthman previously has a username and will not need to create one. If you don't know your login credentials, you can recover them here.

  • To let someone add you to their reservation, you'll need to have a Sixthman profile and add your lead traveling companion to your Approved Lead Guests list. 

    Create a Sixthman profile here, or sign in to your existing profile. 

    Then, in the Guest Permissions section here, click the Approve A New Lead Guest button and enter your lead traveling companion's username.

    You're all set, the lead guest can now add you as a guest in their room. Hooray!

  • Sixthman offers you a leading travel protection plan through our partnership with Travel Insured International. Travel Insured specializes in providing quality coverage and superior customer care and claim service to our Sixthman guests. When you add our plan to your trip, you protect yourself from your policy's effective date through your return home. Your prepaid trip costs are protected against Trip Cancellation or Interruption due to an unforeseen accident or illness to you, your traveling companion or a family member. You also receive Emergency Medical Protection, Baggage Protection, Travel Accident Protection and Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance available 24/7 during your trip.

    Remember that sometimes unwelcome events occur to disrupt great trips:

     

    • You are protected, up to full trip cost, if bad weather causes your common carrier to cease operating for 24 hours or more.
    • Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip.
    • Missed Connection coverage can pay your expenses (up to $500) to rejoin the event or tour when you miss the departure due to a three-hour or more flight delay.
    • Emergency Medical Expense covers you if you need treatment in a foreign hospital for a sudden illness or accident. We guarantee your admission!
    • Trip Cancellation can cover terrorist events, a job layoff (if employed for 1 or more year) or jury duty.*
    • Assistance will be there if you lose medications or a passport, or need help canceling lost credit cards.

    This coverage may be purchased up until the day before sailing, but any pre-existing conditions will only be covered if you purchase travel insurance within 21 days of booking, or 21 days of being named in a reservation. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01 AM on the day after Travel Insured receives your application. 

    Travel Insured also offers Cancel For Any Reason 50% Protection. The Cancel for Any Reason option is only available when specifically requested on the original application and the appropriate premium has been paid. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit must be purchased within 21 days of your initial trip deposit. This benefit allows the insured to receive a refund of up to 50% of covered trip costs on reservations cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure for any reason outside of the covered circumstances.

    Guest acknowledges that such health and safety protocols could include vaccines, masks, testing or other COVID-19 health and safety protocol which may be in place at the Event as required by the venue, host, or local government.

    COMPLETE GUEST CONDUCT POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: 

    SAFETY AND SECURITY

    Safety and security are everyone’s responsibility. Should anyone become aware of unsafe or possibly illegal behavior during the festival, they should immediately report this to the onsite Security staff or any Sixthman or AMResorts staff member.

    GUEST CONDUCT

    INAPPROPRIATE OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR AND LANGUAGE
    Verbally abusive or offensive language directed toward anyone, to include guests, staff members, governmental officials, or others is not permitted. Inappropriate or abusive behavior including uninvited physical contact, solicitation, harassment, vandalism, theft, violence, use of fake/false identification, underage drinking (see alcohol section below), providing alcohol to those under the allowed age (see alcohol section below), possession of illegal substances/items or any other illegal or offensive conduct is not permitted.

    DISCOURTEOUS OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
    Venue and pool chairs may not be reserved. Topless sunbathing is not permitted. Boom boxes or loud radios are not permitted. Roller blades, roller skates, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, surfboards, bicycles, and similar items may not be utilized on-site; except for mobility aids related to special needs.

    SMOKING
    As the health and well-being of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance, venues, surrounding venue areas, and dining areas are smoke-free. If you smoke regular or electronic cigarettes or cigars, you can do so in designated areas only.

    ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
    Guests will be solely responsible for the excess of alcohol consumption within the hotel facilities, as well as any effect or consequence when mixing with medication, energizing drinks or other substances. The consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors (under 18 years) is prohibited by law. Hotel personnel may request verification of a guest’s age to verify they are of age to consume alcohol pursuant to this policy. Any guest that violates this alcohol policy, will be considered for disciplinary action.

    PROHIBITED ITEMS

    SYMBOLS OF HATE

    We stand against racism, hate and associated symbols and have Zero Tolerance for the display of such items on board, including but not limited to the confederate battle flag.

    DRONES (Game Flying Device)
    Guests are not permitted to use drones on site for safety or disturbance of other guests.

    DRUGS OR OTHER ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
    The use of illegal drugs and substances is forbidden. Illegal drugs or substances will be confiscated and appropriate action taken as according to the law in Dominican Republic.

    WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVES OR OTHER DANGEROUS ITEMS
    No weapon, explosive, or other item that presents a risk of harm to persons or property, are permitted on site.

    CONSEQUENCES

    FAILURE TO ACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN:

    • Intervention by Security, other management personnel or law enforcement
    • Removal of certain privileges, which may include being detained, quarantined or confinement
    • Confiscation of illegal/contraband/prohibited items (may be turned over to law enforcement authorities) and used for prosecution
    • Denial of attendance for future Sixthman events
    • Reporting of incidents to government and law enforcement authorities for follow-on legal action

  • Our artists are excited to join you for the whole event. However, there may be some cases where they must join us during the event or depart early due to schedule or family commitments.

  • Paid in Full Discount

    Reservations made through December 1, 2021 that are paid in full within 72 hours of booking will receive a 5% discount off room fare. The Paid In Full Discount will only apply if the entire room is paid for and is not available on a per person basis.

    Paid in Full, Healthcare & First Responders, and Military Discounts are not combinable.


    Youth Discount

    Children 3-12 years at time of the festival will receive a $199 youth discount. Children up to 3 years of age at the time of the festival will be free if booked as the third/fourth guest in the room. Children up to 3 years of age added as the second guest in the room will receive a $199 youth discount and will not be charged the resort fee.


    Healthcare Professionals & First Responders Discount

    Guests who are active, retired, or volunteer healthcare professionals or first responders (including EMS, Law Enforcement, and Fire Department) are eligible to receive a 5% discount off of room fare for the entire reservation. To receive this discount, please email one of the following items to etheridgeisland@sixthman.net after your reservation has been confirmed. Please blacken out anything showing your social security number, bank account, or financial details before sending.

    • Employee or volunteer badge showing your full name
    • Paystub less than 60 days old
    • 1099 tax form from previous year
    • Signed affidavit from first responder agency

    Paid in Full, Healthcare & First Responders, and Military Discounts are not combinable.


    Military Discount

    Guests who are active, veteran, or retired military are eligible to receive a 5% discount off room fare for the entire room. To receive this discount, please email one of the following items below to etheridgeisland@sixthman.net after your reservation has been confirmed. Please blacken out your social security number before sending.

    • Copy of the military LES (Leave and Earning Statement)
    • Copy of military retirement papers (DD214 or DD256)
    • Copy of proof of honorable discharge (Form DD214)
    • Proof for Cadets: A letter from his/her Commander or a copy of a military pay stub.

    Paid in Full, Healthcare & First Responders, and Military Discounts are not combinable.


    Single Occupancy Discount

    Single Occupancy discount of $399.00. Guests traveling by themselves in their own room are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of the room (the double rate times two). Single occupancy rooms will be charged Taxes and Fees for only one guest, and will receive a discount of $399.00 off the second room fare.

  • Etheridge Island is sold in US Dollars and all charges incurred prior to the event will be charged as USD. Currency conversion shown on the website is for example purposes only. All pre-event payments will be processed as USD and non-USD accounts are subject to your bank’s exchange rate at the time of each transaction and are also subject to any foreign transaction fees of your bank. All resort charges will be listed and charged in US Dollars and non-USD accounts are subject to your bank’s exchange rate at the time of each transaction and are also subject to any foreign transaction fees of your bank.

  • Yes, you may add up to three nights before or three nights after Etheridge Island when you create your reservation.

  • Sixthman and Dreams + Secrets are committed to ensuring that EVERY guest has access to the moments that make life ROCK!

    At Secrets, Accessible Junior Suite Swim Out rooms are available featuring full size beds, wider clearance through doorways, bathroom rails, shower benches and a roll-in shower. The rooms do not have a tub. Please contact Sixthman directly to reserve a wheelchair accessible room as these rooms are not available to book online.

    At Dreams, Accessible Junior Suites; Garden View & Partial Ocean View (King Bed Only) are available and include wider clearance through doorways, bathroom rails, shower benches and a roll-in shower. The rooms do not have a tub.     Remember that sometimes unwelcome events occur to disrupt great trips:

     

    • You are protected, up to full trip cost, if bad weather causes your common carrier to cease operating for 24 hours or more.
    • Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip.
    • Missed Connection coverage can pay your expenses (up to $500) to rejoin the event or tour when you miss the departure due to a three-hour or more flight delay.
    • Emergency Medical Expense covers you if you need treatment in a foreign hospital for a sudden illness or accident. We guarantee your admission!
    • Trip Cancellation can cover terrorist events, a job layoff (if employed for 1 or more year) or jury duty.*
    • Assistance will be there if you lose medications or a passport, or need help canceling lost credit cards.

    This coverage may be purchased up until the day before sailing, but any pre-existing conditions will only be covered if you purchase travel insurance within 21 days of booking, or 21 days of being named in a reservation. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01 AM on the day after Travel Insured receives your application. 

    Travel Insured also offers Cancel For Any Reason 50% Protection. The Cancel for Any Reason option is only available when specifically requested on the original application and the appropriate premium has been paid. The Cancel For Any Reason benefit must be purchased within 21 days of your initial trip deposit. This benefit allows the insured to receive a refund of up to 50% of covered trip costs on reservations cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure for any reason outside of the covered circumstances.

  • ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection. We've teamed up with Travel Insured to offer two levels of insurance: a standard protection policy and a 50% Cancel for Any Reason add-on policy.

    • Travel Insured's standard policy will reimburse cancellations at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellation reasons.
    • Travel Insured's Cancel For Any Reason add-on policy will reimburse up to 50% of monies paid when canceling for any reason not covered by the standard policy when canceled at least 48 hours prior to the event.

    If you decide not to do automatic monthly billing, this minimum payment schedule allows guests to make installment payments for your trip over a period of time. The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount, after which you would be required to make any future payments according to the schedule. To make a payment on an existing reservation, please sign in to your account.

    Payment Schedule

    • $299 per person due at the time of reservation and;
    • Another $400 per person is due on December 1, 2021
    • Another $600 per person is due on February 1, 2022
    • Another $600 per person is due on April 1, 2022
    • Remaining 100% is due on June 1st, 2022


    *Single occupancy rooms require twice the above amounts.

    How it works

    Enter your username

    Give the new guest your Sixthman username. While booking, your friend must enter your username in the REFERRAL field (located on the Add Guests page) to receive the $100 discount.

    Send a referral

    As the referrer, you can sign in to your Sixthman account, go to the Referrals section and choose the festival that you’d like to share with your friend. Don’t forget you can refer a friend to any eligible Sixthman festival.

    Send your friend an email by entering their email address and adding a personalized message. This email will them let them know all about the discount, the festival, and how they can be a part of it!

    Referral credit will be reconciled 2 weeks prior to the festival and is the deadline to make referrals. 


    The Fine Print

    • Rooms booked during the pre-sale period are not eligible for the referral program.
    • Referral program offerings are subject to change and not retroactive, therefore any current offerings cannot be applied to a completed referral or reservation. However, all guests can continue to take advantage of this program as they refer new guests to join us.
    • The referrer must either be currently booked or have sailed on a Sixthman event before. All guests in the referred room must be new to Sixthman in order to be eligible for the $100 discount. If the new room adds an alumnus to the stateroom at a later date, then the new room will not get the discount. The referred room will no longer be eligible for the discount and the referrer will no longer receive the discount.
    • Referrals apply to full rooms only; they do not apply to individual guests within a room.
    • Rooms booked by travel agents not eligible to participate in referral program.
    • Referral credit will be reconciled 2 weeks prior to the festival and will appear on the referrer’s confirmation.
    • Please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the festival if your referral does not appear on your confirmation.

    Not already booked on Etheridge Island, but want to gift $100 to a friend? If you are booked on a different Sixthman festival or have sailed with Sixthman previously, you can still share the gift of a $100 discount and rack up mega friend points while you’re at it! The same rules above apply, except you will not be eligible for a discount.

  • To make a payment, booked guests can sign in to their Sixthman account and click 'Make a Payment' next to their reservation. Any named guest on a reservation can submit an online payment.

    Payments can also be made via phone by calling Sixthman at 877-630-6155.

  • You may purchase travel protection while placing your reservation online or by calling Sixthman Guest Services at 1-877-630-6155 after your reservation has been placed. Travel Protection is sold per person and based of the amount you'd like covered (minimum coverage is the per person cost of the room plus all taxes and fees). You may also call Sixthman to request additional coverage for other travel, such as airfare.

    For a complete list of rates and coverage details please visit www.sixthman.net/protection. Please note that the CFAR benefit (CANCEL FOR ANY REASON) is in addition to the standard policy and allows a refund of up to 50% of the non-refundable Trip Cost for reservations that are canceled without a covered reason up until 48 hours prior to the event. This benefit must be purchased within 21 days of trip purchase.

  • The Lead Guest on the reservation is responsible for making sure minimum payments are met. However, each guest can sign in (or call in) individually to make their own payment for their share of the room with their own credit card information.

    When making the reservation, the Lead Guest can pay for only their portion of the minimum initial deposit, but the reservation must be brought current within 72 hours. Within this time frame, other guests can make their initial payments. The Lead Guest is responsible for making sure the reservation is current within 72 hours or will risk cancellation.

  • Only Lead Guests can request to change or remove existing guests, or to upgrade to a higher priced category. Downgrading your room to a room of lesser value is not allowed. The Lead Guest must request these changes by phone or email.

    If applicable, reservations are subject to a Lead Guest change fee of $299. No lead guest changes or transfers are permitted after June 1, 2022 OR once the event is on a waiting list, whichever comes first.

    ALL names must be received by June 1, 2022. Each reservation is allowed one free name change prior to June 1, 2022. Additional changes prior to that date are subject to a $50 administrative fee per change.

    Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made after June 1, 2022, but more than one week before the event are $75 per change. Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made within a week of the event are $100 per change. Changes or additions made within the week prior to the event must be done in person at check-in, and may incur a fee up to $299 per change.

  • If you are the lead guest with an existing reservation you can add a guest online. First, your guest needs a Sixthman Username, and needs to give you permission to add them to your room.

    Provide your guest with your Sixthman Username, and have them create a Sixthman profile here, or login to their existing profile. In the Guest Permissions section have them add you to their Approved Lead Guest list.

    Once they're done, you can login to your profile and they'll appear in Your Authorized Guests list. Now, go to your current reservation and add them in the Personal Information section.

  • One week after missing a scheduled payment date, a late fee of $35 is added to the reservation.

    Three weeks after missing a scheduled payment date, a final notice of impending cancellation is sent, and the reservation may be cancelled by Sixthman within 7 days.

    If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the payment due date. In extreme circumstances, alternate payment schedules may be arranged. Alternate payment schedules are solely at the discretion of Sixthman. Defaulting on alternate payment arrangements will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

  • Guests traveling by themselves in their own room are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of the room (the double rate times two). Single occupancy rooms will be charged Taxes and Fees for only one guest, and will receive a discount of $399.00 off the second fare.

  • After you have completed the booking process, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request pending availability and capacity of the resort.

  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create a reservation and accept the Lead Passenger responsibilities. Guests of all ages may attend the event however any guest under 18-years-old they must be accompanied* by a guest 18 years or older. NO exceptions will be made at resort. 

  • Everyone who purchases a Etheridge Island package will have access to the event programming.

  • At time of booking, you acknowledge that the laws that regulate the necessary travel documentation are subject to change and that it is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for travel.

    All guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of your trip.

    Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your passport or you will need to provide an original copy of proof of change of name (marriage license, etc).

  • Photos and short video clips are allowed. However, please respect your fellow guests and be unobtrusive when taking photos or video clips.

    The following are not permitted at any performances or activities:

    • Detachable lenses longer than 3”
    • Filming an entire performance
    • Flash photography
    • GoPro or similar style action cameras
    • iPad or other tablets
    • Professional audio or video equipment
    • Selfie sticks, monopods or tripods

     

    Sixthman reserves the right to ask guests to stop filming or taking photos at any time to preserve the guest experience and honor the wishes of our artists.

  • The dress code for Etheridge Island is very relaxed. We want you to be comfortable! There is a suggested dress code of formal attire for select sit down restaurants. As we get closer to the event, we’ll announce several "theme nights" – so be prepared to get creative and join in on the fun!

  • Non-Mexican citizens will receive an immigration card when they fly in. This must be presented to the resort at check-in. If the guest loses the immigration card they will be responsible to pay 16% VAT direct to resort. This is standard across all Mexico properties. 

  • Separate individual folios will be established for all guests to cover incidental charges to their rooms. Sign up on the first day of your event, by establishing your method of payment with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, travelers checks or cash. During check-out, the folio must be settled. 

    IMPORTANT: If you choose to settle your account with cash, a minimum deposit of $100.00 USD per day will be required in advance. You may also use your debit card; however, please be advised that the resort obtains pre-authorization which some banks may hold for up to 30 days.

  • Congrats on your upcoming marriage, how exciting! To ensure every guest has an amazing time on their vacation our team’s focus is 100% on executing the festival, Sixthman is unable to assist in the organization of your vows. However, the resort is equipped to assist with your wedding! Please contact the onsite Groups Wedding Coordinator at the resort.

    Should you plan to tie the knot prior to the event and make the festival your honeymoon or plan to get hitched off site, please let us know! We love your love.

  • Shuttles will run throughout the day from the Cancun International Airport to the Resort on arrival and departure days. Sixthman will be requesting your flight details in the coming months to coordinate ground transportation and keep track of any and all flight changes or updates.

    *Guests that need an accessible shuttle or cannot transfer into a general shuttle, must specifically request an accessible shuttle. Please contact guest services to make your request.

  • All guests attending Etheridge Island must have a reservation booked through Sixthman and must be staying at Dreams + Secrets to attend the shows. There are no day passes or off-site passes available for this festival.

  • Resort staff and drink gratuities are already included in the price of your vacation package. While you are welcome to extend additional gratuities at your discretion, these minimum service gratuities are agreed to be paid by you upon booking your room.

  • Smoking is prohibited indoors, in the pools, directly in front of the main stage as well as outdoor dining areas. This includes regular cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars or pipes.

    Guests are permitted to smoke on their balconies. Smoking inside your room or on your balcony may result in a cleaning charge added to your resort account. If cigarette burns on furniture, linens, towels or carpeting are detected; guests will be advised and charged for the damages. Electronic cigarettes cannot be used in public areas where there is a No Smoking policy in force.

  • Check-out is at noon, but enjoy the resort's amenities until your scheduled shuttle arrives! 

  • Resort check-in begins around 3:00pm and is available throughout the day. If you arrive early, the front desk will safeguard your luggage until you're ready to retrieve and carry it to your room. The staff will notify you when your room is ready. Go enjoy the amenities baggage & hands-free! 

  • If you require the use of a mobility assistive device throughout your vacation, we ask that you travel with your own, or rent one from the third-party company that works with Dreams + Secrets Resorts. Equipment must be reserved in advance of your stay. You may rent equipment by emailing concierge1.drepm@dreamsresorts.com.

    Your information and requirements will be sent to Dreams + Secrets approximately 60 days prior to the event. If your needs require more advanced notice, the Sixthman team will notify the Resort accordingly. Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the festival you will receive additional information regarding how you may contact the resort directly for any additional questions you may have.

    The resort is equipped with ramps throughout the hotel; including reception, pool and beach areas. There are elevators located in all buildings and lobbies. 

  • At time of booking, please discuss your needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team by contacting us. We will notify the resort for guests with specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available in all rooms for storing insulin.

  • If you have any food allergy or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten free food products, please advise Sixthman at the time of booking. Obtaining the product for many of these requests requires 45-days notice prior to sailing, and we want to ensure that the resort is able to fulfill your request. We cannot guarantee Kosher meal or gluten free food product requests made within 45 days of fesival date.

  • Dreams + Secrets is equipped with 24 hour medical center.

    Whether you are admitted to the resort's medical center or a medical facility in Playa Mujeres, your medical expenses will be your out-of-pocket responsibility. Most standard health insurance policies do not cover treatment outside of the US. Please check with your insurance provider for more information.

    To ensure that you have assistance with medical expenses during your trip, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection. Sixthman offers you a leading travel insurance plan through our partnership with Travel Insured International.   • Yes. Dreams + Secrets accepts service dogs that are trained to perform a specific task. A service dog may be needed for many different conditions, which would be acceptable under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. It is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for to travel with a service animal.
